This bibliography brings together the conceptual works and primary sources used across Trust as Infrastructure.

The evidential burden remains with the page-level notes. They specify what a source establishes, where it is only a partial precedent and which propositions remain interpretations or designs to be tested. Inclusion here does not turn a prototype, institutional announcement or practitioner account into independent proof of effectiveness.
